Accessing usage reports
If you are an Institutional Subscriber you may have access to your usage statistics. In order to treat this information confidentially, you can only access statistics when logging in with username and password authentication and not through IP authentication.
We register and store them for your view for the last 12 months.
If you do not have a user account yet, please contact our customer service or an agent. A user account requires a physical person (name and surname) and an email address.
