How is my postage calculated?
Any postage or mailing charges are clearly indicated on the price list. There is no additional charge as proceed with the purchase.
Once I have added an item to my basket, how do I continue shopping?
You may simply continue browsing the website. Your cart is always available from the top-right corner and you will be able to delete items anytime, before your continue to payent/checkout.
Is it safe to provide my credit card number with an online order?
Yes. We use the most advanced encryption technology to keep your information safe. We guarantee that each purchase you make is protected and safe. We do not store credit card information online. Once you reach the payment stage, you are taken directly to the PayPal landing page, which is protected by the highest security PayPal is known for.
I have purchase a pay-per-view article. What do I do?
Once you have completed the purchase of a ppv article, you will have access to the PDF to store it on your hard drive.
In your login area you will have a link to My Pay per View, from where you can download it through the download link.
All your PPV purchases will be stored in this folder, but you can only download each article for 24 hours, so do not forget to download it and save it.
If you cannot access the article for any reason, please contact our Customer Service supplying your full name, email address, Journal and Title of the article you purchased.
I have completed a transaction. Will I receive an invoice?
Yes. All purchases made from our website are invoiced. The invoice will be email to you.
if you require an invoice, you will need to supply your VAT number. The VAT number is compulsory if your company belongs to the European Union and you need a commercial invoice.
I can't complete my purchase
Once you choose the make a purchase online, you will be required to register a customer account. This completes your user account. Make sure the expiration date you entered is correct;
We cannot assist you with problems related to your credit card. If your purchase fails or card use is denied you need to contact your credit agent;
